To place an order, you will need the following information available:

• Your individual Quotation Reference
• Fabric information (supplier, name or reference, colour)
• Quantity required
• Cardholder details
• Credit or Debit Card details
• Delivery address (if different from Cardholder address)

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prices
For customers inside the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly, all prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the standard UK rate of 17.5%. All prices quoted for the UK Mainland are inclusive of free delivery by TNT. Some areas of the UK may incur an extra delivery charge.

For customers inside the European Union, all prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the standard UK rate of 17.5%. Prices quoted are not inclusive of delivery, which will be quoted separately.

For customers outside of the European Union, all prices quoted are exempt of VAT. Prices quoted are not inclusive of delivery, which will be quoted separately. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Minimum Order
Our minimum fabric length is 3 metres. We can supply lengths to the nearest 10cm.

Payment Terms
Payment is strictly by credit or debit card in UK pounds sterling on despatch. Current credit and debit cards accepted by shop4fabrics include:

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is free of charge by TNT, normally normally next working day to addresses within the UK Mainland. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly will incur a delivery charge.

Delivery to the European Union and the Rest of the World is by TNT International, normally from three working days from despatch for Europe and from five working days for the Rest of the World.

Shop4fabrics do not profit from shipping and delivery charges.

Usage
Although we may make recommendations on usage, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain suitability of the goods for any particular purpose. We will not accept any liability arising in respect of any loss or damage or deterioration in condition to any goods sold caused by usage, shrinkage, cleaning processes, atmospheric conditions or assembly, make-up and installation or general application.

Before Cutting
All orders are accepted, despatched and invoiced on the understanding that when received, the fabric will be carefully inspected prior to cutting. Whilst every effort is made to control and inspect each order to ensure you receive the fabric in the best possible condition, errors can be made, damage and creases can occur in transit. Once the fabric is cut, we are not able to accept return or any liability whatsoever.

Returning Items
Should you wish to return goods, please contact our Customer Services. On authorization, we will send a Returns Note detailing goods and terms of return with a Carriers Consignment Note.
A standard handling charge of 20% plus the cost of return carriage or a minimum handling charge of £20.00, whichever is the greater will be made for the return of goods which meet the following criteria:

• All returned goods must be in a marketable condition.
• Fabric is not cut.

With any return it is essential that the Returns Note is enclosed with the parcel and properly packed.

We will refund the full purchase price of the goods plus shipping and delivery costs on faulty items.

Claims
No claims or returns whatsoever can be accepted for any error once the fabric has been cut.

Limit of Liability
All goods are supplied on the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description or fitness for any purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods.
